Bank Alfalah conducted a Recruitment Drive for its Management Trainee Programme at the Lahore University of Management Sciences on April 4, 2018. Mr. Sauood Sadiq (Unit Head - Learning Initiatives & Strategy) started the session by giving a brief introduction of Bank Alfalah and his team to the audience. He went on to describe how Bank Alfalah is the fifth largest private bank of Pakistan, with around 600 branches in across 200 cities. It was awarded the Best Islamic banking Window (2015 and 2016). The bank is the largest issuer of credit cards in the country.
He further explained the recruitment process covering, online assessment, screening interview and panel interview. He said that possible areas of placements for Management Trainees are: Digital Banking, Islamic Banking, Retail Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, Human Resources, Treasury, Capital Markets and Strategy. The event concluded with an interactive question and answer session followed by an online test.
