Bank Alfalah Limited conducted its recruitment drive for Management Trainee Programme 2017 at Lahore University of Management Sciences on Tuesday, March 14, 2017. Mr. Ahmed Nauman Anees, Head - Learning and Division opened the session with a brief introduction of Bank Alfalah and his team. He further explained the growth and banking operations in Pakistan and told the audience that Bank Alfalah is the fifth largest private bank in Pakistan.
Furthermore, he elaborated the mission and vision of his organisation and highlighted the core competencies which include innovation, customer connect and leadership. He then invited five management trainees to share their experiences as management trainees. All of them were LUMS graduates, belonging to the class of 2015 and 2016. At the end of the session, Mr. Sauood Sadiq, Unit Head - Learning Initiatives and Strategy thoroughly explained the recruitment process to the students present in the audience.
The session concluded with an interactive question and answerround followed by an online test.
