Gust, a global SaaS funding platform for the sourcing and management of early-stage investments, and Fundacity, a crowd funding platform for startups, released a report on the top business accelerators after studying over 400 accelerators across the world. According to this report, LUMS Center for Entrepreneurship (LCE) is ranked number 11 in Asia and number 1 business accelerator in Pakistan out of the 125 organisations surveyed for this report. Other Pakistani accelerators who made it into the report are Invest2Innovate and PlanX.
The objective of this report is to understand how the accelerator industry has developed in the region, how accelerators are funded and monetised and provides insights into how the industry will be developing in the near future.
