The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) conducted an information session at Lahore University of Management Sciences. Ms. Badia Raza, Director Marketing & Communication started the session with the introduction of ICAP and her team members. Then she gave the introduction of guests invited for the session including:
-Mr. Jawad Bin Shabbir- HR Head of Allied Bank Limited
-Mr. Aamir Iqbal- Head of Human Resources of Adamjee Insurance Company Limited
Who gave overviews of their companies and also discussed the association with ICAP. Later they talked about the challenges faced by students going through the CA training program and also highlighted the career opportunities that the qualification offers.
Moreover, they guided the students regarding articleship opportunities in the respective companies. The session got concluded with an interactive question and answer session.
