Dr. Fahad Mehmood

Dr. Fahad Mehmood is an Assistant Professor in the Suleman Dawood School of Business - (SDSB).

Dr. Mehmood obtained his PhD and MS degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Politecnico di Torino, Italy in 2015 and 2011 respectively. He is a PhD scholarship winner of a joint collaboration between the Politecnico di Torino and Telecom, Italia, and was an Industrial PhD researcher for 3 years for Telecom, Italia between 2012 and 2014. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from National University of Sciences & Technology in 2009.

Dr. Mehmood’s research interests include:

·       Logistics & Supply Chain

·       Energy Management

·       Operations Research

He has presented his research at the 44th Annual Conference of the Italian Operational Research Society (Como); 7th International Conference on Interdisciplinarity in Engineering, Romania; 10th IEEE CPSCom (UK) and EURO 2018 (Spain).

Dr. Mehmood has published in Energy; Energy Policy  as well as Facilities. 

A graduate of Cadet College, Hasanabdal, Dr. Mehmood has a keen interest in Cricket & Football and likes watching movies in his leisure time
