Faculty Profile

Dr. Fatima Mustafa completed her PhD from the Department of Political Science at Boston University in 2018. Her dissertation relies on the Pakistan Insitute of Peace Studies (PIPS) dataset to study the relationship between the use of communication technology and violence. Before joining LUMS, she taught a course for a semester at Boston University. She also taught at LUMS as a Teaching Fellow for several semesters. In the past, she has served as a Carnegie Fellow at the New America Foundation in Washington DC.
