Speaker’s Profile:
Faizaan Ahmad joined Unilever in 2006 as Junior Manager HR for Sales. Since then he has completed several roles in the space of Business Partnering, Talent Management, and Capability Building. He has also done a Marketing HR Business Partner for Unilever Vietnam. Currently, he is the Head of Industrial Relations function for Unilever Pakistan and partnering the Supply Chain Department.
Mr. Ahmad has diverse experiences in various areas of HR having performed roles and projects in Pakistan, Vietnam, Singapore and Egypt and has won several local and international HR Awards. He attained his bachelor’s degree from LUMS and has conducted several training workshops for students on career selection, interviewing skills, and CV building.
