Telenor Bank's Future Leaders Programme is a fast track training programme that will give students extensive exposure of the banking industry. The candidates will be assessed via an online game set up during the recruitment drive. The business oriented game takes students through an experiential journey in which they will encounter multiple situations that tests them on various stages.
