Teach for Pakistan is coming to LUMS for its Campus Drive as per the following schedule:
Date: Wednesday, February 21, 2018
Time: 6:30 pm
Venue: Sayeed Saigol Auditorium, Academic Block
WHO THEY ARE - Teach For Pakistan aims to build a movement of diverse and capable leaders committed to eliminating educational inequity in Pakistan.
WHAT THEY DO – Teach For Pakistan recruits top young talent from diverse fields for a two-year, full time, paid Fellowship to teach in low-income schools, and support struggling schools and communities. After the Fellowship, our Alumni use their experiences to tackle the most pressing problems affecting the education system, and champion every child’s right to an excellent education.
Instead of building a school or a teacher training institute or an advocacy platform, Teach For Pakistan is building a movement of leaders who work from all points and develop diverse solutions to improve the education system.
TEACH FOR ALL - Teach For Pakistan is a partner in the Teach For All global network, that consists of independent national organisations working in 47 countries to expand educational opportunity for children around the world.
WHAT YOU CAN DO - Our education system is failing our children. We believe you can be the leader who catalyses change – in your classroom, community and the wider system. But do YOU have the will?
Come to the Teach For Pakistan information session to learn more and find out how you can be a part of the movement!
