State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) believes in attracting and retaining talent to meet its human resource requirements through a transparent recruitment process. State Bank of Pakistan will be coming to LUMS for an orientation session regarding its State Bank Officers Training Scheme (SBOTS), which will be explained by senior SBP officials.

Eligibility criteria:
• Qualifications: Candidates must have a Master’s Degree or an Undergraduate Degree with 16 years of education
• Candidates should be qualified in the disciplines of Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems and Technology, Mathematics, Human Resources or Agriculture
• Age Limit: Maximum 26 years on the last date of submission of application
The session will also cover the key achievements of SBP including its recent monetary tightening strategy, the current stance of monetary policy, the National Financial Inclusion Strategy (NFIS), the National Payment Systems Strategy, the healthy growth in the Islamic Banking industry and SBP’s strengthened regulatory and supervisory regime.
