As part of Research Skills Enhancement Programme, our session on “Combating Plagiarism @LUMS will commence from 12:00 PM – 02:00 PM on April, 10 2018 in the Scholars Common at Gad & Birgit Rausing Library at first floor (KIC floor). In the session you will learn:-
1. What constitutes plagiarism?
2. How to detect plagiarism using Turnitin (online service)?
3. How to avoid plagiarism (Paraphrasing, Summarizing, Quoting, and Referencing Appropriately); this also includes exercises.
We look forward to your participation. The session will also be very useful for the staff assisting the faculty.
