About the Speaker:
Dr. Severine Minot is an Assistant Professor of Sociology at Habib University Karachi. She has a PhD from the University of York. Dr. Minot’s research interests include cultural politics of identity formation and transformation, and the trans-cultural dynamics emergent from the global flow of people, merchandise, capital and information.
