Khaadi LEAD is a programme developed for young talent, who want to set the right trajectory for their career. It is designed to help employees leverage their strengths and to ensure Khaadi remains a place where leaders thrive. The Khaadi LEAD program is an 18-month journey for undergraduates and 12 months for graduates. It is focused on developing leadership capabilities and accelerating your professional growth. LEADs will be expected to own multiple assignments at any given time, ensuring you deliver impact to the business.
