Abstract
The field of neuromodulation (transcranial direct current stimulation) is poised to see explosive growth over the next decade. Dedicating research activities to the interdisciplinary challenges in neuromodulation will be critical to further improve the quality of life for individuals living with neurological and neuropsychiatric disorders.
Biography
Shahid Bashir is a researcher of Neurology at Harvard Medical School, with which he has been affiliated since 2008. He is Consultant at Neuroscience Centre, King Fahad Specialist Hospital, Dammam. Dr. Shahid Bashir obtained a PhD in Neurophysiology in 2006, from the Faculty of Medicine, University Fribourg, Switzerland. He is also trained from the University of Lausanne and the Nayang Technological University of Singapore.
