*Each regular semester is of 16 weeks. A class scheduled twice a week will have 30 sessions in the semester, 15 class sessions for each weekday. Faculty will be required to take at least 28 sessions, including midterm examination(s). Two extra sessions can be utilized for regular/review classes (as needed). Graded instruments cannot be taken in these sessions.
**There are seven weeks of instruction including midterm and three extra sessions at the end. In case a class is scheduled four days a week, the faculty will be required to take at least 28 sessions including midterm examination(s). Extra sessions can be utilized for regular/review classes (as needed). Graded instruments cannot be taken in these sessions.
***The grades are due 10 days after the course final examination.
